The Bar With No Name brings strong cocktail game

It’s a struggle to find, but when you see a lantern above a door you'll know you’re in the right place. New York Prohibition era is the vibe, with a piano in the corner, if you're lucky you might catch some live tunes. Watching this team fix you a drink is reminiscent of a potions class with Professor Snape – no idea what they’re actually doing back there – but the results are award winning.

They've got it all covered, from putting black rose in your Champers to finding a caper leaf floating about in your Martini.  The drinks look simple but that's 'cos the real magic happens in The Drink Factory lab around the corner. Don’t worry – this isn’t his chat up line, it’s a genuine lab (housed in Pink Floyd's old recording studio no less) - ask about their masterclasses and tell them BarChick sent you. The place only seats 35, but they've been known to seat even Keira Knightly on the stairs so you'll be in with a shot.
