Carl Clarke, otherwise known as the ‘#PunkChef’ is ‘mad, bad and dangerously good in the kitchen’, and we’d expect no less with a menu featuring popped millet and devilled pig skin, rose hip “toast & jam” and Muntjac and elderberries with dried pig’s blood…
As Black’s tradition goes there’ll be no tweeting, texting or calling allowed until the dining is done!
There’ll be two sittings: 1pm for 1:30pm lunch or 7:30pm for 8pm dinner.
