Claude Compton & Jan Louis Smith (the duo behind the Green Goat) will be bringing you some seriously tasty food that’s sustainable and innovative. Menu will include: Portreath line-caught mackerel with forgotten beetroot and tomato concoctions and an Orange blossom yoghurt panna cotta with blackberry moss and honeycomb.
As Black’s tradition goes there’ll be no tweeting, texting or calling allowed until the dining is done!
There’ll be two sittings: 1pm for 1:30pm lunch or 7:30pm for 8pm dinner.
