It’s a stone’s throw away so this is the perfect place to head after you have seen more than your fair share of flowers. Contemporary Key: Mayfair Tour

These guys are all about make contemporary art sociable and fun… and interesting too. The tours focus on young artists and will cover both artists’ studios and galleries, but they start in a coffee and end in a bar, so you won’t be too far from a drink! This week they’re meeting at Mount Street Deli at 10.30am and then visiting a mixed painting show at Timothy Taylor, Modern Masters at Hamilton’s, Shannon Finley at Bischoff/Weiss and Edward Burtynsky at Flowers, before finishing at Piccolino. The Soho Food Feast

After raising nearly £30’000 for the Soho Parish Primary School last year, The Soho Food Feast is back with some of London’s best chefs and restaurants turning up for a day of demonstrations, tastings, cooking contests and great food. The restaurants involved include Soho’s Barrafina, Hix, Duck Soup, Dean Street Townhouse, Polpo and Quo Vadis… some of BarChick’s favourites! Tickets will be available to buy in advance from the school for £4.00, online for £6.50 or £10 on the day (children under 12 go FREE).
