Don't be fooled, the real action takes place through the unmarked door in the back, in the secret bar decked out like a stone walled cave with sheepskin rugs and killer cocktails. Candelaria's hidden bar is sexy and unpretentious, where the young, creative and beautiful gather well into night to down amazing Mexican cocktails created with mostly homemade ingredients. It's no surprise that they have such an insanely good selection of tequilas, and the cocktail menu is pretty magical - they've taken inspiration from traditions, legends, myths, stories, and recipes, and the cocktails are a mix of folklore, fantasy and reality. Just be sure to save room for guacamole on your way out as people queue up as much for the food as the booze.
