Brought to you from the guys behind Drake & Morgan (The Folly and The Drift), this perfect industrial space is the answer to any of city life’s worries; it’s big with lots of home style touches, wine racks and a little deli shop.
Get in there, roll back any sleeves and loosen ties. This big space is perfect for office parties or whatever colleague bonding event is thrown at you. Looking for a bit of lunch break love? Then shimmy along the bench on one of the big tables, or if you wanna get intimate with a colleague then book, baby, book (nothing beats a little business AND pleasure, right?). Heads up, the Chef’s Table in its own private alcove is where it’s at if you’re with mates.
There is plenty of great food: British classics, breakfasts, brunches, lunches and loveable platters. But the cocktails are what we loved – from the classics to the skinny options they have plenty to help you miss the last train home. The Superfood Collins is as good for you as a session down the gym, made with Gin Mare, fresh basil, raspberries, blackberries, agave & fresh lemon juice served long with soda and tasted gooood and the Hippy Hippy Shake with Bloom Gin, fresh ginger, fresh lemon with hibiscus water and a flower garnish was pretty good too.
Play it cool, leave any trade floor chat at the door and you might just be invited to their late night venue, the Blind Pig. This bad boy opens Thursday and Friday and is reserved solely for those who they feel deserve it. You’ll be fine. PS steal as many sweets from the bathroom as possible!
Their weekly Soul Saturdays night is guest list only, so book here.
