Barchick Says

Having been awarded a Bib Gourmand, Brawn is beginning to show off.  It feels like you’re walking into a disused factory or abattoir, and in hindsight maybe you are.

The staff in here are great, well trained, friendly and they know their terrines from their patés – which, with a menu like this, is definitely needed. BarChick dived in and went for the Brawn, which means boiled down pigs head a.k.a “Pig Cheese” – PIG CHEESE!

It’s primarily a wine bar, so lose yourself (but not your wallet) in the massive wine list, or if you’re too confused, then the staff will readily point you in the right direction. With everything from sparkling wines, French ciders and pink wines, to elderflower, sloe and quince liqueur, there will be something for everyone (for BarChick it was the Sherry).

There’s a queue here for a reason, so go get stuck in.
