You might know Coppa Club for their famous in-igloo dining - fair play, these babies get snapped up almost as fast as Glasto tickets and are an Instagrammers wet dream. It's not just the igloos that have us elbowing through the London Bridge crowds though - check their summer makeovers. BarChick's chilled in a Surfers Paradise, complete with a classic VW van pop-up bar, tropical plants, a surfboard. Gnarly. 

But kickass terrace aside, there's plenty of reasons to swing by Coppa Club. It's meant to feel like a member’s club in here – a cool central brass bar, slick décor, comfy sofas - but without the ball-ache joining fee. It might not scream Soho House but it does tick the boxes: good vibes, buzzy crowd, pretty dishes and inexpensive cocktails.

You can't avoid being a tourist trap in these parts. Everyone and their selfie stick have caught on to the insane terrace, with mega views of Tower Bridge and the river - but if you can't beat 'em, join them. It's one hell of a view.  It gets even better with affordable cocktails -  stick to the classics and you're golden. Ideal laid-back date vibe or a great one for the gang.
