A bar for bartenders, LAB (London Academy of Bartenders) has become a bit of an institution with the industry types, and other thirsty consumers.

BarChick loves the Red Hot Chilli Pepper, with lemongrass and chilli infused El Jimador tequila mixed with LAB vanilla sugar and ginger beer topped up with sparkling wine and a Goldshläger float.

Plus, if you can’t make up your mind then say what type of drink you’re after, long/short, sweet/sour, whatever, they’ll sort you out with something spot on every time. This used to be a training school so the bartenders are bang on point… and ready to party.

At weekends this place gets rammed, the music’s up, DJs are on and things get a little hazy, oh and flirt with the barman for free shots.
