No longer an exclusive members club, Paramount has learnt to share her toys and stunning views of the now Shard heavy skyline with the rest of us. This place is pretty sexy, with a swanky copper bar and delicious cocktails. Reservations are necessary so call ahead and watch the city light up at sunset from the 33rd floor with its leather banquettes and 360 degree views. P.S. sit in the West facing lounge to watch the sunset and heads up, definitely bring a date.
