This place has a reputation for its amazing food from chef Jason Atherton (Michelin * within his first year), but we reckon the bar is just as impressive with all sorts going on. You’ll find it on the posher side of Regent Street, tell them BarChick sent you and they'll squeeze you in between the pre-dinner drinkers. The bar has got an unpretentious feel for somewhere so highly rated.
The menu is killer with most of the cocktails having a theatrical theme to them that will impress even the toughest of dates/mates/mums. The giant crystal decanters on the bar are filled with the likes of Negroni and walnuts soaking in over proof rum - ask nicely and they might give you a taste. They have a colourful back bar and are proud of their large collection of over 57 gins. We loved our Great British Cobbler with Williams Chase gin, Kamm & Sons ginseng spirit, raspberries, PSS citrus syrup, English sparkling wine all served up with some British eccentricity. If you’re into your breakfast cereals go for the Cereal Killer, it’s got Coco Pops infused milk and is served up with a garnish of cookies!
P.S. For the meat eaters out there get some jamon in and on a trip to the bathroom check out them butcher styles.
