Cocktails and pizza under one roof is always a winner for BarChick. Grazie is the best of both worlds, an upscale pizza joint with a rocking bar. Note to Pizza Express - this is how it should be done. Stacked wooden crates make up the back bar, where a giant stuffed peacock watches over the tattooed barmen. It's not cosy, more minimalist and modern with completely black interior (they even have black loo paper... why not?) Tables are usually reserved well in advance, so park yourself at the bar and order a pizza to share, they're huge, or fill up on the garlicky pizza bar snacks. They're open during the day so head there for lunch and try the Sake Bloody Mary or the Marmalade Breakfast Martini. The tunes are banging and the barmen are hot, meaning you won't be rushing off once you're full. If you do need a change of location head down the street to Grazie's sister location, Swedish homewares store Merci, for an espresso amongst the vintage French books in their used bookstore café!
