Another bar by the masterminds behind Experimental Cocktail Club so it’s fair to say this place was never going to be bad. The classics are all there but it’s the house drinks that steal the show. Each one is seriously inventive and aptly experimental. Head down there before 11 to get a seat, it’s rammed, even in the week. Beautiful people meet after work/before play to sip on PCC’s various creations and relax in this quirky and stylish speakeasy den. The whole place is decked out with old school charm, with the centrepiece being the bowler hat chandelier. See you there.
