Where do you work?
Director of Kamm & Sons – Ginseng Spirit
Where do you live?
3 Favourite London bars and why:
Lounge Bohemia – small, homely and the drinks make you smile.
Riding House Café – I love the long bar and the interior design. Could happily sit at the bar all day and drink Bloody Mary’s.
The Bar At The Connaught – Some of the best drinks in the world are made there and the place has a classic opulence which I love.
3 Favourite international bars and why:
Candelaria, Paris – an amazing little tequila bar behind a taco shop run by Americans – very cool
Juleps, Milan – This is what all bars should look like – Long wooden bar with lights on, wooden fridges, bare brick and an amazing back-bar.
Felix, Hong Kong (if it is still there!) – You can’t beat the view from the top of the peninsular hotel while you take a piss!
Before Kamm & Sons, it was Campari and fresh orange juice
