Incredibly I don’t drink martini!

It’s always changing, but the classics like a good Bloody Mary, Margarita, Moscow Mule, Mai Tai or Tom Collins never fail…and a gin and tonic!
Bad ass barman/Rock n Roll moment?
Having to put up with friends of my boss because they didn’t want to leave the bar, even two hours after closing.

What's next for you?
To go to NYC. After that I want to start my own business.

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?
‘The Most Wanted Punch’
3/4 bottle of Habana 3
1/4 bottle of brandy Cardenal Mendoza
1/4kg sugar
4 pitted cherries
3/4 of one orange
2 slices of pineapple
3 lemongrass
Leave this mixture one week in the fridge and after this complete the drink in the glass with Sprite or 7up.
