I don’t but if I had to chose, dirty old tom gin martini with a lick of Lillet.

Treacle or a shot of Goslings black seal.
Bad ass barman/Rock n Roll moment?
Knocked a guy out with a muddling stick over the bar cause he had me by the scruff of my neck…He got out of jail the day before… And he was drinking vodka coke.

Looking to set up my own bar in the next 2-3 years.
