Favourite bars in Edinburgh are The Bon Vivant, Bramble. In NYC my Favourites are Little Branch & Wifle and Nell. In London, Nightjar is very cool and love the guys at 1806 in Melbourne

Chasing two female customers down our street at The Raconteur after they stole a gold Japanese bar spoon, their excuse for stealing the spoon was I insulted them by saying we didn’t do student discount …

What's next for you?
Short term is to work hard for the next few years and do some competitions to gain more experience. In a few years I would like to travel to Australia and maybe NYC. And maybe set up my own little bar in the future

Can’t think of many but I did witness someone just walk straight into a bar and snog a girl standing waiting to be served, he left girl under arm
What did you want to be as a kid?
Upon many things but mostly a mechanic. I loved working on cars and my dream job was to work with formula1 cars!

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?
My winning drink for Tapatio competition in Edinburgh last year is one I’m proud of.
The Yaucatan Cocktail
45 ml Tapatio Reposado
15 ml Skillogalee Muscat Liqueur
1 Japanese barspoon of Maple syrup
Stir over hand cracked ice, in a chilled mixing glass.
Garnish- Chocolate truffles coated in Rock salt and fresh lime zest.
Truffles were made by Bia bistrot in Edinburgh
