Teaching Kate Moss to blow fireballs with Wray and Nephew in her home at 5 in the morning!
Ever done it on a bar?
Yes. I won’t name which one, but it used to be in Farringdon…and was the first 24h license in London ;)
What's next for you?
Making Veranda the best bar south of the river…. Then the world!

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?
I would call it “Bar Chicks in Veranda” and it would consist of:
Appleton V/X, King’s Ginger, Dash Teichenne Butterscotch Liqueur, Small Dash Licor 43, Fresh Pear, Lemon juice, Apple Juice, garnished with cinnamon dust.
Served long so I get some time to talk to BarChick, while she drinks it ;)
