I hate wasting roofies so you can have a water

Who would play you in a movie?

Tragically, I'm told it would be Danny Dyer but I doubt he has the range required to pull me off. It. Pull IT off.

If you weren't a bartender what would you like to be?

A customer

If you could make a drink for one person, dead or alive, who would it be?

I'd love to have The Rolling Stones ramped up in front of me for a lock-in/unlicensed cage fight

Tell us a dirty secret about your business partner Joe Stokoe?

He like his cat more than he likes me.

What does the future hold for Rematch Beeyatch?

I imagine people will start brazenly ripping it off and claiming it as their own idea. So we're working on something to take to a level that will ensure all the haters/copycats are left eating our dust. Then we'll probably close it down and never do it again.

Top chefs have their guilty pleasure food, what's your guilty pleasure drink?

Can of Strongbow. Warm or cold, doesn't matter.

What's a current drink trend that you're excited about?

I am a old stick in the mud.

It's the end of the world in 24 hours, what would you do?

My mum googles me occasionally so I'm leaving that one alone.
