Where do you/have you worked?
I have worked many places in Copenhagen; – Umami (Ubar), Bar Rouge (Skt. Petri Hotel), Fugu, Ritz, Restaurant Geist, Izakaya Bar. I was also a part of the opening team of Restaurant Okku in Dubai.
As for now im taking shifts once in a while at Oak Room & Congo
How do you like your Martini?
Beefeater 24, Lillet – stirred and garnished with a lemon twist. Classic, and always a win.
Can I name three? Negroni, Bees Knees or a classic Daiquiri on dark rum.
Bad ass barman/Rock n Roll moment?
I got fired once – because I forced my panda head over my gm’s head.

What's next for you?
Cruising the bar scene of Copenhagen some more, maybe a bit more on the other side of the bar. Making sure the BarChicks gets around when they come back!
Best/worst chat up lines you've heard at a bar?
Oh there has been so many, the worst ones for me are the guys who have read “The Game” and think they are the shit, it just makes me wanna punch them between the eyes.
What did you want to be as a kid?
Professional football player – then I met my friends, beer and girls.

Im also working as a rave’ing Panda, – and have my own music management company; Catbear Music Management.

I would make you a Noa’s Choice (one of my signatures), sweet & herb’ish.
Fresh Watermelon 1 slice
Fresh Strawberries 2 pcs
Shiso Leaves 2 pcs
Rose Marin 1 stalk
Add to shaker:
Subrowka Vodka 50 ml
Calpico 20 ml
Squeeze 1/2 lime
Shake hard, double strain into frozen cocktail glass
Garnish with a Shiso leaf
