Bad ass barman/Rock n Roll moment?
My best bad ass moment was winning the title for Latin America & the Caribbean at the finals this year.

No I missed that one.
What's next for you?
Next for me is the training of my fellow bartenders in Trinidad & Tobago & the region because next years winner is going to come from our region I can see it.
Best/worst chat up lines you've heard at a bar?
I’ve never heard anything good, one of the worst chat up lines I’ve heard was “honey your looking thirsty & I’m a refreshing drink”.
What did you want to be as a kid?
I wanted to be a Pilot or Fireman when I was a kid.
Tell us a secret or something we don't know?
I never had any formal bartending training & I never did a bartending course.
If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?
I would make my Signature the Trini Lady it would include Honey, Lime Juice, Egg White, Grand Mariner, Ketel One Vodka & garnished with a Rose Petal.
