Park Lane has got hot (and very expensive) competition when it comes to bars, but if you’re into breathtaking views whilst enjoying your favourite tipple then this place wins hands down. The Hilton lobby is not the classiest place to hang/be seen/check into so heads down and aim straight for “Lift A”, and it's the 28th floor you're heading to. If you get there early enough then grab a sofa by the window and enjoy everything that the floor to ceiling windows show off.

It’s got a kinda loungey library feel with dark leather chairs and a cool, calm atmosphere. The drinks menu is extensive, adventurous and includes a you'll be pleased to know  has an acute focus on gin and Champagne. The bar snacks also went down a treat: marinated gordal olives or Stir-fried king prawns but if we were picking favourites, it would have to be the Marinated Korean chicken wings.
