3 Favourite international bars and why?

Nomad, New York is my favourite hotel bar, super cool drinks, amazing food & fab service!

Bar Basso, Milan, where Negroni Sbagliato was invented, it feels like time has stopped here & if you are lucky you will meet Mirko Stocchetto, the legendary bartender himself, he always sits at the table next to the cash register.

Blahovka, Brno, Czech Republic, the best beer place I know! My grandparents used to go there :)

Early evening, lights go down, smell of perfume & expectations in the air...

If you were going to make a BarChick cocktail what would you call it and what would be in it?

'Guilty Pleasures' - gin , sherry, port, citrus & chocolate essence, fresh raspberries garnished with strawberry & white chocolate skin

If you weren't a bartender what would you like to be?

A millionaire

If you could make a drink for one person dead or alive who would it be?

My great grandfather, director of distillery, steam mill & brewery, cool guy!

Negroni & beer

Drink trend that you're excited about?

I love the fact people develop special glassware for particular drinks, just a plain glass is not enough anymore, it elevates entire concepts to new heights.

It's the end of the world in 24 hours what would you do?

Get a time machine & organise a hell of a lot of parties!

In no particular order Bugsy's, Hemingway, Black Angels
