Nomad, New York is my favourite hotel bar, super cool drinks, amazing food & fab service!
Bar Basso, Milan, where Negroni Sbagliato was invented, it feels like time has stopped here & if you are lucky you will meet Mirko Stocchetto, the legendary bartender himself, he always sits at the table next to the cash register.
Blahovka, Brno, Czech Republic, the best beer place I know! My grandparents used to go there :)

'Guilty Pleasures' - gin , sherry, port, citrus & chocolate essence, fresh raspberries garnished with strawberry & white chocolate skin

I love the fact people develop special glassware for particular drinks, just a plain glass is not enough anymore, it elevates entire concepts to new heights.
