If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?
I’d make you a Tequila Sour with quince for the season. 50ml Tapatio blanco, 25ml lemon, 20ml sugar, 12.5ml egg white, 2 drops of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters and a big bar spoonful of my grandmother’s quince jelly. I’d call it the Quince Prince, because I like to rhyme.
