If you like a bit of drama then you will love The Cliff. Split over two levels with big flames and dim lighting, this is a place to dress up for… whack on the heels and strut. The bar is up at the top with the open-air restaurant below. Looking out over the beach, it is perfect for people watching and checking out what looks good (in every way).

Before dinner grab a seat upstairs on one of their many comfy sofas and check out the bar menu. The drinks menu is almost as beautiful as the drinks themselves, with little diagrams by each recipe and a little description of each. BarChick loved The Old Barbadian with Banks 5 Island Rum shaken with Velvet Falernum, Claytons Kola Tonic, lime juice, fresh mint and rosemary leaves topped with Champagne. We coulda drank those all night but the last thing you want to do is spoil your appetite, the food here is outrageous. Sure it’s pricey, but we say f*ck it, you’re on holiday and it’s definitely worth it.
