It says it in the name - bring a mate/date/randomer and get settled into this classic mid-town bar. Owned by three bro’s - one of which served us when we were there - this place is a classic and exactly where the old boys come to hang. The heavy, long bar extends right to the back of the room and the back bar runs along with it. We sat with the local crew of over 80s and learned a thing or two about drinking.

Their selection of whiskies, gins and rums are unbeatable and the fact that they’re served up by white coated, bow tie wearing staff means that BarChick was sitting straight and pretty, this joint is serious about its drink. Martinis, Gimlets, Negronis, Gin and Tonics, Bloody Marys, whatever you want these guys can serve it up and with a punchy kick to give you rosy cheeks for the road home.
