As its name suggests, this is another of Bath’s labyrinthine underground hideaways, and this one in particular does very good cocktails, so it's been named Best Cocktail Bar in Bath!  There’s a good range of beer, wines and spirits and a cool outside terrace at the back which is great on a rare sunny soiree.

Cocktails are from £7.50 to £9.50, and with generous measures and 2 4 1 offers, you shouldn’t go breaking the bank in here. It’s the perfect place to try out new drinks, or to make your own at one of their pro masterclasses. The interlinked lounges are candlelit and cosy but also stylish, and there’s a rather jazzy new Champagne lounge with white leather sofas that are great if you like that sort of thing (we’re not so sure). Date night? The intimate leather booths are bang on for a bit like a bit of smooching, see ya there!
