The Experimental Group just do things damn well. Here they've gone for a different ilk of liquid-based goodness, moving from cocktails to wine, but without dropping standards one bit.

To say their wine list is massive is a serious understatement. With 3,000 bottles, and prices ranging from €6 to €80 a glass, and from €20 to €4,000 a bottle, from ballers to paupers there's going to be a glass to suit you. The staff have some sort of badass telepathic sommelier skills, which is good, because who knows where to start with a list this size. At the top? Bar snacks are just as spot on too, big up the burrata and prosciutto al tartufo.

With branches in London and New York, like the others this CVS feels luxurious with blue and gold walls and dim lighting. The big sofas keep things cosy & chilled though, and the crowd is an eclectic mix.
