BarChick likes the kind of places where you can eat, drink and party all under one roof – they’re easy on the heels and minimise the door drama. Since Pacha opened in 2014 the crowds have flocked to dance under the stars, and to the stars – the DJs are up there with the worlds’ best.

It’s kind of trippy downstairs with a rabbit warren feel and squidgy pillars everywhere that look like mushrooms. It’s shiny, plastic and pretty sexy – which is just what you want in a night out. Kick things off with dinner downstairs, these guys know how to put on a good show – we’re talking dancers, acrobats and cabaret while you eat. The sushi is served in a shell of glowing ice, the dumplings look too good to eat and the cocktails hit the spot.

The real party is on the roof though. Hit it with an Espresso Martini in hand and a gang of hot mates. Kick back, chill and suck on some shisha, or make a toast to the city’s skyline and dance your ass off.
