A slice of NYC has landed in Singapore people - and what a slice. If you're gonna replicate anything, why not make it one of the World's Best Bars? Prepare to hunt around for the neon pink sign that says 'Psychic'  (much like the original) before dipping into one sexy cocktail den. Art-deco accents, soft antique lighting and a jazz soundtrack make this as much a place to see as to be seen. 

You'll find BarChick perched at that curved bar, sipping away at the Ready Fire Aim. Mezcal, fresh lime juice and house-made honey-pineapple syrup with dashes of Bittermens Hellfire Bitters. Our party-starter.  This place is famous for its cocktails and rightly so. The bartenders are real pros so it's best to let them know what you like and leave it to them. 

Don't leave without getting stuck into the food menu either - it's famous in both continents for being banging. Bone Marrow Poppers, Spicy Smothered Shrimp and Warm Parmesan Cheese Puffs  make that midnight visit to a hawker centre completely unnecessary.
