After rocking our world as head bartender at Le Marie Celeste, former head bartender Michael Mas has banded up with some buddies to open their own joint in the 10th arrondissement just by the Canal Saint Martin. Vaguely inspired by surfing and board sports, the interior is proper stylish with large white wave-shaped slats covering the ceiling. It’s dramatic and theatrical. Grab a spot at the bar’s huge steel counter and check out the menu. The cocktails are impressive, complex and vibrant. Think fresh and light, with savoury elements and unusual flavours ready to keep you on your toes. They're pretty spenny, but luckily your money gets you some killer drinks that help to justify the price.
