Big Mamma Group, AKA the hospitality powerhouse behind Italian restaurants Gloria, Circolo Populare and Ave Mario, is bringing its over-the-top hedonism to the Kensington set. Set in a 19th-century bank in West London, Jacuzzi features four floors of pure, unadulterated luxury.
Upon entering, you're greeted by a massive lemon tree. Head up the grand staircase and you'll find a botanical mezzanine complete with a retractable roof to keep ya comfy no matter the weather. On the top floor, you can cosy up in the boudoir, decked out with plush green furnishings and sexy art inspired by Italy's fashion icons. And the basement? That's where things really get wild. Make your way underground and you'll discover the disco toilets, with a cove of mirrors that plays a supporting role in many a selfie.
No surprise that, when it comes to drinks, Jacuzzi is all about bubbles. From Franciacorta to Prosecco, you're gonna want to get acquainted with the wine list. As for the food, expect nothing less than utter extravagance. The pizzettes are topped with truffle and caviar (casual), and Big Mamma's signature pasta tossed in a giant wheel of Pecorino gets an upgrade from fresh black truffle, truffle cream and parm foam. Sweet tooth? The fondue made with half a kilo of top-quality Valrhona choc should do nicely. We're going in for a nice, long soak...
