The newest Drake & Morgan baby may just be their best yet. Happenstance is THE new hangout in St Paul's where you can drink cocktails, eat delish British grub, grab coffee and deli treats, brunch it up, and buy flowers from the in-house florist. Something for everyone, even granny.

Happenstance is decorated all vintage sexy glam with chandeliers, antique apothecary cabinets and low slung chairs, but with high ceilings and epic windows looking straight out at the cathedral it's also bang on the modern vibe. This is one juxtaposition we can work with.

It's like some sorta fun house in here, turn a corner and you'll discover something new, from the wine bar to the Borough Market deli counter round the corner and swanky private dining room hiding downstairs. The fun never stops… BarChick was even handed a Spritz in the loos thanks to the Aperol pop-up.

Little Bird gin has got on board for the drinks, so you know you're in safe hands. They're jazzing up some classics like the Negroni by giving it a lavender twist and doing some damn right crazy sh*t like the Goldfish In A Bag with gin, mandarin vodka, rhubarb bitters and pink grapefruit served in a goldfish bag with a straw. Casual. They've also got a decent Bloody Mary collection being served up from 7:30am… that's the hangover sorted. Who needs coffee when you can grab one of these en route to work?

The food? It's all burgers, sharers and some seriously sexy NYC style brunches. Hungover brunch with mates, tea and cake with Mum, cocktails with your lover or a slap up private shindig downstairs. One thing’s for sure, we'll be back.
