Above anything, this place is a celebration of all things rum-related. They have 106 or so to sample, give or take a few - from rare rums to rum flights, rum cocktails, rum classes and more. It's a bit of a treasure trove of the stuff. But if rum ain't so much your thing, don't fret. They also have some pretty banging cocktails mixed with a variety of different spirits to whet every whistle. On top of that, their syrups, cordials, shrubs, infusions and bitters are made on site which is pretty cool and makes for some really tasty mixes.

And then, of course, there are their gooey grilled cheese sandwiches made from custom whole grain bread, Irish cheddar and plenty of homemade recipes. Get in our faces! Great for lining stomaches or soaking up your cocktails at the end of the evening. Just make sure you grab a spot at the counter and watch the team in action while you tuck in.
