The decor is a cross between Captain Hook’s quarters and some voodoo hangout; African masks, fishing nets, warthog taxidermy, zebra print pillows and only enough space for the informed drinkers in town. Dodge the décor and take a seat at the bar or tables to the side.

The bartender behind this place was originally a bit of a science geek, so yes, cocktails are molecular and it sure is experiential. Flick to the page of “Doubles” in the menu where each of the cocktails come with a test tube side! We kicked things off with a Manhattan double and left our fate in the hands of the bartenders thereafter, it’s clear they know their sh*t. This is the sexiest spot for a dinner date or late night love in.
