Everyone here ends up being friends, so relax and don’t be afraid to smile at your neighbour. The brainchild of Issac Grillo, the cocktails are inventive and unexpected, with the menu divided up into rooms of a house and with the inclusion of vegetables and herbs picked from the Albion Hotel’s garden to the Pop Rocks rimmed glass. You can tell a lot of TLC went into this place, with all the wood for the back bar from his native Colorado.
