This blink and you miss it place, on a side street near Istiklal, is a charmingly tiny and intimate wine bar. Simply designed, with minimalist interior, wooden tables and chairs lined up against the wall there’s barely enough space to shuffle by on the other side.
Reminiscent of Italy or Spain, this little 'enoteca', where you can buy wine to take out as well, has quickly become a huge hit on the Istanbul vino scene. Low prices and a focus on local wines, make it a wonderful spot to escape the nearby crowds.
Warm, welcoming and friendly, with a great selection of Turkish mezze to boot, the staff are some of the most helpful around and, once you eventually find this place, it won’t be easy to leave.
