Shiver-me-timbers! It's like Davy Jones' locker down here. The newest addition to the LCC family comes with a British Naval theme. Follow the pink neon arrow underground to a world of overproof rums, tattoo parlor stylings, skull & cross bones wallpaper and dark corners for late night tomfoolery. JJ and his team know their way around a shaker, and as expected the cocktails are great. Try the House Grog with 5 rums, sherry, gin and absinthe, or the Black Strap made with rum, brown sugar, vanilla and liquorice, or keep it simple and just work your way through the rum menu. The selection is impressive, and they're all served by the shot or by the tot (the daily rum ration once handed out to sailors). There's a menu of small British bites to ward off scurvy, and the trademark LCC hot barmen to keep you entertained. They'll even engrave a tankard with your name and keep it behind the bar for you, how handy! BarChick will be using hers for drinking Black Tot, the last remaining bottles of the original Royal Naval rum. Jack Sparrow, Popeye, we'll be seeing you there.
