This is one sexy bar. Situated on level 4 of the Hilton Hotel they have some of the best views in the city, which is a reason enough to visit, but it’s also a grown up classy cocktail joint to boot.

You can't fault the beer and wine selection, but their cocktails are crazy good. The list is grouped according to cities, so take a world tour without leaving your bar stool. Start in Sydney with a Beach Side (gin, mint, lemon) served with edible sand, ice cream and flavoured sunscreen (we're not kidding), before journeying across to London for a Garden Party (gin, vermouth, cucumber with a dash of aloe vera), served, naturally, in a teapot for four. That’s what we call travelling, BarChick style.

There’s plenty of dark seductive wood, plush booths and sleek furniture that wouldn't look out of place in someone’s penthouse apartment (okay, not ours, but maybe some of the other clientele…). On weeknights, your fellow drinkers are likely to be suited and booted, but come the weekend the place takes on more of a club vibe with DJs and party tunes.
