From a really quiet suburb on the east coast of Aus, not sure if you've heard of it.. Bondi Beach?

I'm actually a bit of a bar slut and have worked almost everywhere in Sydney. At the moment I work at GT, Sydney; before that was at Gazebo and have been behind the stick at Cafe Pacifico Sydney and Vinatta Project in NYC.
