Ago - The Connaught Gaby - I am an Agave Ambassador Gaby - The Beaufort Bar at The Savoy
Gaby -All the bars I go to I need to really like the people and the drinks they serve there. My top favourites are: Rules for friendship, La Perla (Maiden Lane) for atmosphere, Montgomery Place for good old times and I also have good friends who work there, I love the style of cocktails and it’s a lovely place. The Artesian Bar at the Langham, I have 2 of my favourite people working there and it is fun to see them work. And my number 1 is The Connaught bar, fabulous drinks, excellent service, my lovely Italian other half is there always with a smile. Ago - The fingers in 1 hand are not enough to mention my favourite bars in London.... Montgomery Place, part of my heart is still there, and I’m proud of the Ales and the guys that proudly keep in the mix! Savoy, Beaufort Bar, my heart’s still involved, great design, modern drinks, friendly team and this Mexican beauty, Gaby, behind the bar makes me stick at the bar! Rules, it's a trip out of reality with its traditional feeling and amazing drinks by Brian and the team. The Artesian Bar, Alexino and Simoncino make evolution behind the bar; you don’t need to go to the theater. Nightjar, Marian and Luca are front of inspiration, who knows when they sleep?!!??!
Gaby - I much prefer gin based cocktails but tequila based is incomparable. Ago - My moods change with seasons, with the blue sky I wish to fly, The Aviation.

Gaby - Hopefully a lot of work and a bit more traveling with lots to learn. It's already been a difficult year full of challenges but I feel this is going to be a good year! Ago - Looking for new doors to open in my career.
Gaby -This is hilarious; can I have a frozen virgin margarita!!! With hardly any ice in it!!!
Gaby - I love to go out but I love to stay at home just listening music, cooking, inviting friends and just , that's what I really love. Ago - I like to keep my secrets!

Gaby - Always gin, very cold, up and in any possible way (wet, dry, any type of vermouth, olive, twist or onion). Ago - straight up with style and don’t forget the smile.
Gaby - An Architect or a police detective Ago – A photographer, or some sort of traveler with an artist hint, well I think I got it translated in bartender.
