I actually don’t really drink cocktails, I am obviously more a wine person. But I do love a champagne cocktail!
Serving 175 people in one day in our 425 sq. ft bar and restaurant. This was quite intense and fun!
Probably in one of the other wine bars with a kicking wine list, like Terroirs, Antidote or The Laughing Heart.
Probably a chef or a Charcutier. I love cooking pâtés and cured meat during my free time.
The orange wine made by Elena Pantaleoni, Ageno La Stoppa. I can drink it like water.
Berocca, Citrate de Betaine and… (I am a bit ashamed to say it) a McDonald’s.
To be honest I am not really good at that but I could pour you a wine flight with 3 wines: one white, one orange and one red with the best food pairing ever!
