Best bad ass moment is rugby tackling someone who was running away from the police. Best barman moment was making it into the Bacardi Legacy final for the second year running.

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?
I love the classics so it would be an "El Momento Perfecto" -
20ml Byrrh
10ml Campari
4 dashes of orange bitters
1 spoon of marmalade
