When I won the 42 below cocktail world cup 2011.

Ever done it on a bar?

On top of the the counter, behind the bar, in the storage room, and of course in the office.

A new bar /restaurant, and tiki school

Best/worst chat up lines you've heard at a bar?

The best: I was behind my bar working up some drinks... Two ladies I had never seen before came in and sat down. I heard them talking about a bar event that they'd attended in New Zealand a week previous, and that I had also attended... and they were talking about a particular scene at the event that I was part of. We didn't know each other and we were on the other side of the world in a bar...What a coincidence! Worst: A man talking about how on his wedding day he cheated on his wife with her friend...

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

The Smoking Puki Puki Chick   6cl. Bacardi Superior rum 2cl. Appleton 12yrs 4cl.fresh mix citrus juice 2cl.pineapple juice 1,5cl. passion fruit syrup 2cl.honey mix 1cl.falernum 1dash angostura bitter Place some crushed cinnamon and cloves  in a small plate, burn and cover with the jar upside down Pour all the ingredients except the Appleton rum in a shaker. Add crushed ice. Shake. Pour  unstrained into the jar , float the  rum Garnish with a dry slice of pineapple and mint Okole Maluna !
