I’m the Head Bartender at The Beaufort Bar at The Savoy

Tell us something about the industry we might not know!

The industry is constantly growing and we in the past few years we started to use lot of new technologies to create cocktails but now most of the bartender are again going back and looking into the classic way to make drinks.

What is your favourite cocktail?

I'm a big Whisky lover, my favourite drink is the Manhattan

Ever had a bad-ass/rock n roll bartending moment?

I have Rock’n’roll moments every night when I’m behind the bar, I always like to personalise the experience for all my guests and make them feel special.

Where will we find you on your nights off?

Probably drinking cocktails in East London , or making Barbecues in my house garden.

If you weren’t tending bar, what would you be doing?

I was DJing and producing electronic music for more than 10 years, so if I wouldn’t be behind a bar now I would keep makes music.

What is your desert island bottle? 

A very cold bottle of Fanta

What is your hangover cure?

I’m still looking for one that works

If you were gonna create a cocktail for BarChick, what would you make?

Definitely would be something very elegant in a delicate glass topped with champagne.
