I am currently an Ambassador for Grey Goose, and before hand I was running Bar Solutions - no more full time behind bar, but still covering shifts from time to time. In the past: Paris, New York, Sydney, Hong Kong
Where I feel to be like home, good drinks, good service & relax atmosphere
Don't really have a favorite drinks, but i'm not to familiar with sweet concoctions. It also depends on time and the persons i'm with. Can be a good beer on a pub, or a sophisticated Extra Dry Martini in a fancy place.

1st bartender's rule - Hear, See but never talk.... so The best one: I guess I was too sober to pay attention about it... Worst: Too drunk: I guess, I had too many "orange juices" to get the point...
I hate alcohol, but alcohol loves me.... ;-)
For "chicks", I'd combined "wet" and "spicy" aromas ! Just do it !!!
Gin Base (Beefeater of Plymouth), stirred, zest, Dry Vermouth mist on top.
