What is your favourite cocktail?

Negroni in the summer and Martinez in the winter or any drinks that make me smile.

Ever had a bad-ass/rock n roll bartending moment?

Running along the bar I worked at dressed as a Mexican wrestler with a wrestling mask on sampling Tequila. Great fun with the Tequila Altos boys.

Where will we find you on your nights off?

Bar Termini for a quick espresso & Negroni, the team always make me feel welcome. At The London Edition I have spent some great Sundays there with friends and The Pink Chihuahua for a funny and dangerous late night drinking.

If you weren’t tending bar, what would you be doing?

Playing football with Messi for sure. 

What is your desert island bottle?

A bottle of Mezcal and a cold beer

What is your hangover cure?

Bloody Mary and listening to the Depeche Mode
