Baltic and Ognisko obviously! And also Cocktail Bar Max Wroclaw, Gibson and Termini in London.

Negroni, double shot Fernet Branca.

Looking forward to the upcoming Woroniecki’s vodka project – it’s top secret now but I’ll keep you updated!

Tell us a secret or something we don't know?

Well, apart from shaking cocktails for past 15 years I’m the man behind Baltic’s house-infused vodkas, including flavours such as Cherry, Pear, Caramel and my favourite - Horseradish.

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

I would definitely go for my Schweppes wining creation – Chilli Sunrise: Baltic’s house-infused Chilli Vodka and Grapefruit Vodka shaken with freshly squeezed lemon juice, dash of sugar and egg white, topped up with Schweppes Sparkling Grapefruit and Blood Orange Juice Drink
