If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

Tinglet! 50ml Ocho Blanco tequila 30ml Ting Cordial (reduce Ting on the stove by half) Stir over ice, strain into coupette, grapefruit garnish.

How do you like your Martini?

With tequila.

What did you want to be as a kid?

A vet, until I found out that they had to put animals down.... so then an architect.
