I'm from a nice village on the north west of Italy called Sarzana.
I'm working in a unique Cocktail bar called CAHOOTS in kingly court close to Carnaby street .
My favourites bar is CAHOOTS of course because we have been there since the opening 8 months ago with Filippo Previero and we’re building something which is really important for us,but I love to enjoy the atmosphere in Nightjar, Artesian, The Connaught Hotel, The American bar of the Savoy , Mr Foggs and now also Oriole!!!
I love classic cocktails to drink such a Classic Americano, Aviation, Manahattan…
Best moment in my career? When I served drinks to Simone Caporale! It felt like "wowwww "!

What's Next for me? Just carry on what I love to do, enjoying this amazing experience!!

Cocktail for you ? “All right treacle?!” Rum Bacardi 8 infused kafir lime and coffe beans pineapple juice lime juice black treacle and bergamot liqueur A dash of chocolate bitter!
